Think martial arts belts. The Level Method is made up of 15 different categories, and you will get a score in each one from white to black. After you finish all 15, you’ll be awarded an Overall Level based on your scores and the coaches here will have insight into your strengths and weaknesses. Every time you move up a Level, you’ll get a signed Certificate of accomplishment. Plus, you’ll always know exactly where you are, and what to do to hit your goals.

Yes. For you, it’s even more important because you’ll get amazing insight into your fitness. You’ll be able to see your weaknesses and what you need to work on to get better faster.
For most people it takes between 1 and 3 weeks when they choose to take our Level Method Prep 1 on 1 program. For others it can take up to 3 months, depending on how fast you complete you testing. We can discuss more of these options in person.
The Level Method lets us customize your experience with us. Sweating is great (and you WILL sweat), but keeping you healthy and injury free is better. As a side benefit you’ll get leaner, faster and stronger, but our first rule is: DO NO HARM. Getting your Overall Level will help us keep you healthy… and it’s fun!
